مسعود حلاج‌پور ضمن اعلام این خبر گفت: «تهیه پنیر سیاهمزگی شفت، روش سنتی معماری گیلان، فرآیند پخت سنتی اربادوشاب گیلان، مراسم گلابگیری روستای گیلده شفت، مراسم صبح عزا (صبح اذان) شفت، فرآیند پخت سنتی کلوچه فومن، مراسم پره کشی، ساخت و نوازندگی تنبور تالشی، میراث دریایی استان گیلان، مهارت شالبافی ویسرود و چوب‌بازی حوزه فرهنگی البرز از جمله آثاری هستند که پرونده ثبتی آنها در معاونت میراث فرهنگی استان تهیه و به‌منظور ثبت در فهرست آثار ملی به دفتر ثبت آثار تاریخی–فرهنگی کشور ارسال شده است.»
وی با اشاره به اینکه تا کنون ۶۸ اثر ناملموس استان در فهرست میراث آثار ملی جای گرفته است، بر اهمیت حفظ ارزش‌های اجتماعی، سنت‌ها، آداب و رسوم، روش‌ها و جنبه‌های کارکردهای انسانی تاکید کرد و افزود: «استان گیلان ذخایر فرهنگی بی نظیری دارد که حفاظت و صیانت از این گنجینه های فرهنگی بسیار پراهمیت است و این اداره‌کل با جدیت فراوان برای حفظ و پاسداری از میراث ناملموس استان، برنامه‌ریزی‌های لازم را در دستور کار قرار می‌دهد.
